She even won a scholarship to the School of American Ballet when she was a youngster and enjoyed dancing, but she was forced to stop at the age of 14 owing to a knee injury.\n\n\n\n

She swapped off her love of dancing for modeling at the moment. After appearing in numerous teen-targeted periodicals, Cates became a sensation among teenagers. She appeared on the cover of Seventeen magazine four times, among other publications. But eventually, she decided she\u2019d had enough and switched to acting in movies.\n\n\n\n
