They were first engaged almost two decades ago, but decided to postpone their wedding the next year, citing the overwhelming media attention.\n\n\n\n<p>After they split in 2004, they rekindled their romance and tied the knot in a surprise wedding held in Las Vegas in 2022. A month later, they hosted a celebration for family and friends at a Georgia mansion that Affleck had originally bought when they first began dating some 20 years ago.\n\n\n\n</p><p>When they reunited and Affleck proposed for the second time, Lopez&nbsp;<a href="%5C%22https:%5C/%5C/people.com%5C/movies%5C/jennifer-lopez-on-happiness-marry-me-and-her-beautiful-love-story-with-ben-affleck%5C/%5C%22">said, \u201cI feel so lucky and happy and proud to be with him. It\u2019s a beautiful love story that we got a second chance.\u201d\n\n\n\n<p>In 2024, Lopez introduced\u00a0<em>The Greatest Love Story Never Told,\u00a0a documentary that detailed the story of her self-produced album\u00a0<em>This Is Me\u2026 Now\u00a0and her long-standing quest for self-love. At the time, neither Lopez nor Affleck commented on the speculations about their allegedly \u2018broken\u2019 relationship.
