They have a new word every day, and a new campaign every day, and if anyone goes against it \u2026 what? We\u2019re the devil? They certainly act like we are.\u201d\n\n\n\n<p>Sharon has made similar statements in the past.<br>\n\n\n\n</p><p>She stood up for Piers Morgan in 2021 when he was charged with insulting Meghan Markle in a racial manner.\n\n\n\n</p><p>She tweeted at the time,\u00a0<strong>\u201cI stand by you. People forget that you\u2019re paid for your opinion and that you\u2019re just speaking your truth.\u201d<br>\n\n\n\n<p>Notably, her contract on The Talk was terminated after she stood up for Piers once more.\n\n\n\n</p><p>Sharon once questioned, saying&nbsp;<strong>\u201cI feel even like I\u2019m about to be put in the electric chair because I have a friend who many people think is a racist, so that makes me a racist \u2026 What\u2019s it got to do with me? How can I be racist about anybody?\u201d\n\n\n\n<p>Sharon\u2019s new docuseries is around the incident that happened during The Talk.\n\n\n\n</p><p><strong>\u201cWoke people want to be accepted by everybody, but why can\u2019t non-woke people be accepted by them?\u201d&nbsp;she said to the Post while talking about the series.&nbsp;<strong>\u201cI\u2019m not talking about hate groups \u2014 they are the worst in the world \u2014 but we need to let people have opinions. If our opinions get taken away, we might as well be living in China. [Woke people] tell you what to say and how to behave. If that is how you want to live your life, good for you.
